Please let me ask in English Can I see nuclear final disposal plant?

Again, please allow me to ask you in English.
I'm from Japan and currently studying in the UK.
Now, I want to vist Sweden to find out how sweden deals with nuclear power. As a big accident occurred in Fukushima for 2 years ago, I have to know how other countries cope with nuclear power. I'm interested in final disposal plant　in ÖSTHAMMAR. Can I visit it freely? Is there any restriction? If I can visit freely, is there any tours?
If I can't visit freely, is there place to know your grappling?
